What it does
Follow Up Bot is a Slack app with simple follow-up reminders for unanswered Slack questions. Ask a teammate something with an @mention, and if they haven't replied in time, the bot privately asks if you want to send a short, neutral reminder. It only posts if you say yes.
It also watches shared Slack Connect channels and alerts your team when a customer goes unanswered past your response target, with snooze, dismiss and escalate options. It only reads channels it's invited to and never stores message content. Flat price per workspace, with a 7-day free trial and no card needed.
